Some Foods To Serve As Lunch For Kids And Teenagers At School As                                                             Ghanaians 

There are lots of ghanaian balanced dishes that kids, teenagers and even adults can eat. They are very nutritious. These provides the body with energy, they help the body grow a fight diseases as well. 
Some of these dishes are ;
  • Rice, stew, plantain and chicken 
  • Waakye
  • Banku and tilapia 
  • Fried yam and chicken 
These foods can be prepared by the parents or the school canteen.
